Right2Breathe® Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization based in New Jersey, created by two passionate entrepreneurs Joe Morrison & Tim Charlet in 2014, which have a personal mission to improve the quality of life for those that live with respiratory difficulty, illness or disease.
We are dedicated to educating the public about pulmonary or respiratory medical conditions through a cause marketing campaign called The Right2Breathe® Project.
Antidote is a digital health company on a mission. Our aim is to accelerate the breakthroughs of potentially life-saving treatments, by bridging the gap between medical research and the people who need it.
In a world where 80% of clinical trials are delayed or closed due to lack of awareness, we use cutting-edge technology to match the right patients with the right trials. We’re helping medical researchers make progress, faster – and offering new treatment options to patients in need.
This is a global effort to advance healthcare for everyone. If you are a patient or you know someone who is, you can help simply by searching for studies that matter to you. If you are a researcher, talk to us to find out how we can help you connect with patients who may be interested in your work.
Chuck Morrison was diagnosed with Stage-4 COPD several years ago and was a co-founder of The Right2Breathe™ Project. However, he didn’t let his diagnosis control him. Chuck was a shining example of an individual who truly LIVED with COPD. A dedicated family man and community leader in Warren, New Jersey, Chuck Morrison honestly believed that the diagnosis of a disease like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is not a death sentence – but a license to live.
His love of his family and of the sport of NHRA Drag Racing inspired him to continue battling this non-curable disease. Through consistent and often frustrating respiratory therapy sessions to agreeing to work with medical device manufacturers testing new breathing assistance products, Chuck was dedicated to helping find solutions and helping the COPD patient community any way possible. This permitted him the luxury of attending motorsports and automotive events with his eldest son Joe; a professional driver that has aspirations of racing on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing series.
Chuck eventually succumbed to his disease in March of 2016; a few days after his 70th birthday. In his memory and that of all those who struggle with COPD, we continue to promote his mantra – Everybody Has the Right2Breathe.
